ACM FOOTBALL or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during class.

ACM FOOTBALL reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at- acmfootballclasses2021@gmail.com 07598454975

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change using the email address or phone number provided

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority. Please do not turn up at a class until payment has been made unless you have made other arrangements with us.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We do not offer refunds for missed classes due to your own circumstances.

We reserve the right to refund if we feel parents have been abusive towards staff, or to other parents.

We reserve the right to a refund if a parent leaves on their own accord and doesn’t inform us before the 1st of a new month.

Your subscription is paid over 46 weeks of the year, ACM football is entitled to 6 weeks holiday a year with the details of each holiday being sent to parents a week in advance.

We reserve the right to refund these holidays.

If you wish to cancel your subscription please let us know before the 1st of the new month. No refund will be issued for subscriptions that are cancelled after the 1st of the month.
